How does the AI matching actually work?
Describe what you want in plain language — "fairly used iPhone under ₦450k in Lagos". We read the budget, city and condition out of that sentence and rank live listings against it. You can also just browse categories if you prefer.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. Order totals are calculated on our servers from the listed price, then delivery is added and shown before you pay. Nothing in your browser can change the amount charged.
What does "Fairly Used" mean?
A pre-owned item in good working order. Sellers must disclose cosmetic wear and any faults in the listing. If an item arrives worse than described, you are covered by our returns policy.
Do I need an account to buy?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, keep a saved list and check out faster next time.
Payment & delivery
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, bank transfer and USSD, all handled securely by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
How much is delivery?
A flat ₦2,500 nationwide, and free on orders over ₦500,000. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 2–5 working days depending on the city. Lagos and Abuja are usually quickest.
Selling
How do I start selling?
Create an account and apply from the Sell page. Once approved you get a seller dashboard for listings and orders.
What does it cost?
Listing is free. We take a commission only when an item sells, deducted from the payout.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are released after the buyer’s return window closes, so both sides are protected.
Problems
My item arrived damaged or not as described.
Report it within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a return and refund. See the Refunds & Returns policy for the full process.
The seller is not responding.
Contact us with the order reference. If a seller goes quiet past the dispatch window, we refund you.
